About Me

I am a Senior Designer and Strategist with over ten years of experience in product, service, UX, and research. I believe in using design methods to center community needs and transform systems at their core. By doing so, we can dismantle inequities and create more just, inclusive futures for everyone.

I’m passionate about visualizing complexity and reimagining structural interconnections.
With these values, I craft customer experiences, prototype human-centered services, and align business goals with impactful outcomes. My preferred tools & methodologies include:
/ qual + quant research
/ data visualization
/ roadmapping
/ journey mapping
/ service blueprinting

I'm currently working as a Senior Service Designer at SuperDeep Studio. I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design from Art Center College of Design and a Master’s Degree in Service Design from the Royal College of Art. I also studied Social Design at the Design Academy Eindhoven.
